efficient cleaning service great location long check-in younger staff

The location is great. The staff greeted us frequently in hallways and the lobby. The room service food was amazing and the cleaning service was also very efficient (they even folded clothes left on a chair for us).

The hotel seems taken over. The check-in process took a long time (I almost missed my appointment). The restaurant near the beach is not as good as other nearby places.

The location was acceptable.

The WiFi signal was so weak. I could not reliably connect my phone on the fourth floor. The signal would appear for a minute, then disappear for long periods. It was frustrating, because I needed a stable connection for work

Excellent Stay at a Riviera Gem

The room was spacious. it was kept very clean throughout my stay. Fresh towels were always available. I particularly enjoyed using the private beach club, it was a true highlight. The spa offered nice relaxation after a day of travel, I am grateful for that experience.

The air conditioning in public areas was not effective. I found it a bit uncomfortable in restaurants and corridors. More attention to climate control in common spaces is necessary.

Wonderful Amenities and Good Service

excellent breakfast amazing quality

I enjoyed the excellent breakfast. The products were well-chosen, and the quality was amazing. Room design was special, for instance, light manager was provided in the room. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The minibar policy was unclear. I found no pricing displayed in the room. The staff told me I should have turned on the TV to see that the minibar wasn't included.
